3. Exchange Handling Method
Under any circumstances, problematic products will only be handled by way of exchange, and are limited to exchanging for the identical product. If the supplier is unable to provide an identical product for exchange, the Company may then process the problematic product as a return.
4. Condition Requirements for Exchange
Under any circumstances, you must ensure the product packaging is in the condition it was in upon receipt and that the product is unused. You must retain the original packaging, original accessories, and parts to be eligible to apply for an exchange.
5. Right to Review Exchange or Return Requests
The final decision regarding all exchange or return requests rests with the Company and the supplier, who will assess the defect and determine whether to accept the exchange or return.
6. Handling of Gifts
Any gifts, promotional items, or vouchers (hereinafter referred to as “the Gifts”) given with the product for which an exchange or return is requested must also be returned together. If you fail to return, have used, or have damaged the Gifts, you must pay a cash value equivalent to the value of the Gifts, as determined by the Company.
7. Limitation per Order
Only one exchange or return request can be made per order.
8. Handling of Vouchers or Cash Coupons
If a return is confirmed, any vouchers or cash coupons used in the order will not be refunded.
9. Refund Timeframe
Refunds for returns will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from the date the refund is confirmed.
10. Return Handling Fee
Generally, the Company will not charge a return handling fee.
11. Circumstances Where Exchange or Return is Not Accepted
Notwithstanding other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of purchase, the Company reserves the right to reject any request for exchange or return under the following circumstances:
(i) The exchange or return request is made after the relevant Exchange Period;
(ii) The request is based on personal preference;
(iii) The product was not purchased from Fun To Read Book Outlet;
(iv) The product is damaged, scratched, or has been exposed to liquids due to improper use or human factors;
(v) The product has been used or its packaging is not in the same condition as upon receipt;
(vi) The product to be exchanged or returned is not sent back with its original packaging, original accessories, parts, and any unfilled warranty registration card (if applicable);
(vii) A valid original receipt cannot be provided.
12. Final Decision-Making Authority
Fun to Read reserves the final right to decide on handling unreasonable exchange or return requests.
